Things You Need to Know

In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most fair and transparent store policy for our customers. 
Our Patio furniture is first quality we do not sell returns therefore all are products are Final sale no returns/refunds or exchanges are accepted as we do not sell second hand items to our clients. Limited one year manufacturer warranty is only on damages or defects that occur upon manufacturing, limited warranty will be prorated based on time of purchase and use of product, if the product has been neglected or abused all warranties will be voided. Customer must inspect the merchandise purchased upon delivery and note on the invoice that a defect exist a new invoice and delivery will be completed. Wicker Rattan has a different tone in its natural manufacturing process therefore color differences is NOT a manufacturing defect, aluminum has a rough finishing in the corners due to the welding process, THIS IS NOT A MANUFACTURNG DEFECT.  Any modifications completed to the furniture will VOID ALL WARRANTIES.
Outdoor Patio Emporium reserves the right to exchange the product for one of the same value BUT not necessarily the same exact styles as our designs change every year CREDIT BASED ON A GUARANTY CLAIM WILL BE PRORATED AND VALUE WILL REFLECT TIME OF PURCHASE, USE AND CARE OF PRODUCT.  
Client must ensure to have correct measurements for their patio space any cancelations upon delivery because of space issues will incur the delivery/handling fee of $150.00 and a 25% re-stocking fee. FLAT WICKER IS NOT FOR DIRECT OUTDOOR EXPOSURE all flat wicker must be indoor and AWAY from harsh chemicals, sun, damaging UV rays and outdoor excessive pollution FLAT WICKER is a final sale liquidated product that has been discontinued in our brand and will not have any type of warranty or future servicing. All discounted, liquidated and/or floor sample products are deeply discounted and will NOT BE UNDER WARRANTEE. Deliveries will be scheduled within 72 hrs. the customer shall provide a 4 hour window on the day of delivery to allow for any traffic issues. All express deliveries will be scheduled within 24hrs of purchase unless instructed differently by client.
All glass surface products must NOT be exposed to direct sunlight as this can increase the temperature of the furniture causing damage and therefore voiding the warranty, keep your products clean and covered when not in use to ensure a long life of furniture. HANGING CHAIRS, & UMBRELLAS ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE NOT UNDER MANUFACTUROR WARRANTY as these products can be damaged easily with negligence, the hanging chair is made out of IRON and should not be exposed to harsh chemicals, water or any type of liquid, they should be sprayed occasionally with an anti-rust spray sold in any hardware store at least once a year to protect from rust . Umbrellas SHOULD BE CLOSED WHEN THERE IS ANY WIND AS THIS CAN DAMAGE THE FRAMING AND BEND THE UMBRELLA ADDING PREASURE THE UMBRELLA SHOULD ALSO BE COVERED AS THE FRAME IS MADE OUT OF IRON AND CAN RUST WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF WATER, fading with sun exposure is natural and should be expected in all fabric products to ensure a longer lasting color keep items covered during the daytime hours or remove cushions and store in a dry place.
Outdoor Patio Emporium DOES NOT provide warranty on cushions/cushion covers or fabric, when cleaning cushion covers you should CLOSE THE ZIPPER and use mild soaps DO NOT USE ANY CHLORINE OR HARSH CHEMICALS TO CLEAN fabric after cleaning tumble dry (do not over heat) zippers must be closed during cleaning process . Setup is completed by our delivery personnel, BUT conditions must be safe and weather must permit it as floor can become slippery. Area must be clear and obstacles moved out of the path of delivery to ensure the safety of the delivery personnel. It is natural for our products to change color slightly after being exposed to the outdoors this is to be expected and it is not a manufacturing defect tables with glass on their surface will loosen the rattan and it will become hard again when temperature cools this IS NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT this happens to protect the rattan so that it does not become brittle and break. CUSHIONS ARE WATER RESISTANT NOT WATER PROOF we do not recommend water proof cushions as they are made with products that produce to much heat and tend to trap moisture inside creating mold and mildew on the inside of the cushion which can be hazardous to your health. To ensure a long life of cushions remove and store in a dry place. DO NOT EXCEED WEIGHT LIMITS, Outdoor Patio Emporium is not responsible for any injuries that may occur for misuse or abuse of product. In case of any disputes all legal and court fee’s will be the responsibility of the client.  Please adhere to the care instructions to ensure a long life of product.
